Shipping Questions

1. Do you offer free shipping?

 

Yes, we offer free shipping on individual canning jar labels. Other products, including bulk label rolls and apparel, are subject to calculated shipping rates at checkout.

2. How long does shipping take?

 

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via standard shipping, which takes 5-8 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

3. Are the canning jar labels waterproof?

 

Absolutely! All of our canning jar labels are made with durable, waterproof materials that can withstand kitchen spills, moisture, and even the freezer.

4. What sizes are the labels?

 

Currently, we offer 2” x 2” round labels, perfect for mason jar lids and sides.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

 

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders are sent to production and cannot be changed.

6. What is your return policy?

 

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at pickledcauldron@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order for assistance.

8. Can I request specific colors for my labels?

 

Yes! We offer multiple color options for our bulk label rolls. Be sure to select your preferred color when placing your order.
